Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (can use any fruit of choice)
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana, sliced
  • 3-4 cups coconut Greek yogurt (flavor of choice)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Add fruit and yogurt to food processor.

Step 2

Blend until well combined and desired consistency.

Step 3

Pour into individual plastic cups or popsicle molds.

Step 4

Add popsicle sticks to middle of cups.

Step 5

Freeze until solid.

Run outside of cup under warm water to release popsicle; pre-freeze sliced banana.
