Non-Dairy Tropical Smoothie
An addicting and refreshing way to get your daily dose of dark leafy greens! Using Silk or So Delicious yogurt alternatives keeps this smoothie plant based and non-dairy.

Main Ingredients
- 5.3-ounce SILK™ vanilla, peach & mango or tropical pineapple dairy-free soy yogurt alternative (So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt alternative also works well)
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple tidbits or chunks, packed measure
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced (at least 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup fresh spinach or baby kale (gently packed)
- 1/2 cup SILK™ unsweetened coconut milk (or similar)
- 1 tablespoon golden flax meal
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse to blend well. Scrape down the sides and pulse again to blend completely.
Step 2
Transfer mixture to a cup and enjoy!
