Warm up on chilly nights with a new take on classic apple cider. Made with raw apple cider, cinnamon and vanilla bean, it’s a simple recipe that’s rich and creamy. Garnish with whipped cream, toasted pecans and a cinnamon stick!

Main Ingredients

  • 8 cups unfiltered or raw apple cider
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise in half)


  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup coarsely-chopped toasted pecans
  • cinnamon sticks

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a medium sauce pan, heat apple cider with cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean over low heat, about 10-15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean.

Step 2

Pour into mugs and garnish with whipping cream, pecans and cinnamon sticks. Serve.
