Warm Vanilla Cider with Toasted Pecans
Warm up on chilly nights with a new take on classic apple cider. Made with raw apple cider, cinnamon and vanilla bean, it’s a simple recipe that’s rich and creamy. Garnish with whipped cream, toasted pecans and a cinnamon stick!

- 8 cups unfiltered or raw apple cider
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise in half)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup coarsely-chopped toasted pecans

In a medium sauce pan, heat apple cider with cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean over low heat, about 10-15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean.
Pour into mugs and garnish with whipping cream, pecans and cinnamon sticks. Serve.
