Watermelon & Basil Salad
Mix it up with this light and bright summer salad. Juicy and fresh, this dish blends the robust flavors of watermelon, cucumber, lemon, cayenne pepper and basil. It’s a vibrant and colorful addition to any summer table!
Total cook time
- 3 cups cubed watermelon (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1 English cucumber (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup chiffonade basil
- 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- pinch cayenne pepper
In a medium bowl mix to combine all ingredients. Serve.
