Red Wine & Mustard Petite Sirloin with Potatoes and Grilled Artichokes

Who doesn’t love a good steak grilled during the summer?  There are a million different ways to cook a good steak, but we think these tips will really make the difference, along with tips for the perfect pairings:

Tip-ButtonMarinade your meat overnight to ensure for a juicier tasting steak!

Tip-ButtonNever grill cold meat – always make sure your steaks are at room temperature before putting them on the grill.

Tip-ButtonUse the “hand guide” to ensure the right level of doneness of your steak (What’s the “hand guide?” Watch the video!)

Tip-ButtonBoil your artichokes for five minutes after you halve them before you put them on the grill.

Tip-ButtonGet your potatoes ready to go in our Fresh Cuts Section!  Just put them in a Reynolds Heavy Wrap pouch and throw that on the grill.
