Bring out the vibrant flavor of fish on those warm summer days by taking it to the grill. For best results, pat your fish dry and let it sit out until the grill is ready. Pre-heat grill for 10-15 minutes and brush away debris. Place fish, skin side down, on medium heat or away from direct heat. Flip once, halfway through.
