Directions You Will Need: I/4 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1 egg. (1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Cool completely in pan before cutting. Pan size: 8 inches x 8 inches (metal); Bake time: 39-43 minutes. Pan size: 8 inches x 8 inches (glass); Bake time: 43-48 minutes. Pan size: 9 inches x 9 inches (metal); Bake time: 39-43 minutes. Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear under baked but cool to doneness. For thicker brownies, make batter using 2 tablespoons water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake as directed. High Altitude: Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water.
