Directions 1 pkg NOH Korean Barbecue Seasoning Mix; 1/2 cup water; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 pound short ribs. Combine contents of package with 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons cooking oil; blend/stir well. Marinate 1 pound of short ribs in sauce for 2 to 4 hours. Barbecue, broil, or pan fry; basting frequently. (For best results, marinate overnight). Suggestion: Add diced green onions to marinating sauce. Cut short ribs 1/4-inch thick for better marinating. Charcoal Grill. Broiler. Pan Fry.
