Directions Microwaveable (Cooking instructions: For food safety follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F as Measured by a food thermometer. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100-watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave oven below 1100-watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. Do not puncture or open bag prior to cooking. Loosen vegetables in bag before placing bag in microwave oven. Place the bag in your microwave, this side up, and cook on high for 6 -7 minutes. Carefully remove bag from microwave by handling at the corners. Let sit for approx. 1 minute. Carefully cut open the bag and remove vegetables from the steaming pouch: from taste and serve. Stove Top: For best results, cook from frozen. Bring 0.5g cup water to a rapid / rolling boil in a saucepan. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables.
