Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top: Place frozen chopped broccoli in 1/4 cup boiling water for every cup of broccoli. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (4-6 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen chopped broccoli in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes. Stir after first 3-4 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Steaming: Cover bottom of steamer with water. Bring to boil. Place 1-1/2 to 2 cups (about 2 servings) frozen chopped broccoli in top of steamer. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes. Stir after first 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
