Directions Cooking Directions: For food safety and best quality, product should reach a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do n after thawing. Microwave: 1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 tablespoons water to entire package of chopped spinach. 2. Microwave covered on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring once. Microwave cooking times vary based on wattage. Above cooking time is based on a 1000 watt microwave. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Stove Top: 1. Fill a large saucepan with a 1/2 inch of water and bring to a boil. 2. Remove vegetables from pouch and place into pan and bring to a second boil 3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Do not overcook. Drain and season to taste. Caution: Microwave dishes may become hot during cooking. Handle with care. Perishable. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
