Cooking Instructions: For food safety and best quality, product should reach a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not refreeze after thawing. Microwave cooking times vary based on wattage. Below cooking time is based on a 1000 watt microwave. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Caution: Microwave dishes may become hot during cooking. Handle with care. Microwave: Shake pouch gently to distribute vegetables evenly. Do not puncture or open pouch. Place pouch this side up in microwave. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Cooking times will vary depending on microwave wattage. Let unopened pouch stand for 1-2 minutes. Open pouch and pour vegetables into bowl, season to taste. Stove Top: Fill a large saucepan with approximately 1/2 inch of water and bring to a boil. Remove vegetables from pouch and place into pan and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Do not over cook. Drain and season to taste. Caution: Product will be hot.
