Directions
Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Do not refreeze. For crispiest coating we recommend conventional oven preparation. Conventional or Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fish sticks on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn fish sticks and bake an additional 4-6 minutes or until done. Note: Oven temperatures may vary, adjust cooking times accordingly. Microwave Oven: Place up to 10 frozen fish sticks on a microwave-safe plate lined with 2 paper towels. Microwave on Medium (50% power) as suggested in cooking chart, rotating plate once during cooking. Microwave Cooking Chart (Number of Fish Sticks & Total Time on Medium): 2-4 fish sticks, 2-3 minutes; 5-7 fish sticks, 3-1/2 - 5-1/2 minutes; 8-10 fish sticks, 6-7 minutes. Note: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended times are based on a 700-watt oven.
