Directions Morey's Wild Keta Smoked Salmon is fully cooked, boned and ready to eat out of the package. With a sharp knife, cut through film behind fish. Remove skin by gently pulling it away from salmon. For best results, remove from refrigerator and slice, flake or chunk while very cold. Serving Suggestions: Add to pasta. Flake and add to cheese tortellini or a cold pasta salad; top a caesar salad with Morey's Smoked Salmon; make a smoked salmon pizza. Simply spread alfredo sauce on a pizza crust, add flaked salmon, mozzerella cheese, and green olives. Bake 8-10 minutes; add to scrambled eggs or an omelet for a great tasting brunch; slice and serve with crackers, cheeses, and fresh fruit for an easy appetizer or snack. Keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F or below.
