Spruce Point Smoked Salmon - Hand-cut salmon fibers are cured in a rich combination of herbs, salt, and spices and then slowly cold smoked with a mixture of Maine fruitwoods and hardwoods. The result is memorable smoked salmon. Spruce Point Smoked Salmon contains no preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Directions
Keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F (3 degrees C) or less. Use within four days of opening. Suggestions for Serving: The flavor of Spruce Point smoked salmon is enhanced by leaving the portion to be used at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to serving. Smoked Salmon can be eaten alone or on bagels, crackers, or toast and is best accompanied by capers, lemon, or black pepper. Proper Storage: Because there are no preservatives, Spruce Point Smoked Salmon must be kept refrigerated at all times when not being served. It is best stored, unopened, for up to 10 days in a refrigerator or until the Best By date, whichever is sooner. When opened, smoked salmon should be kept well wrapped in the refrigerator and eaten within four days. You may also freeze your salmon, if unopened, for up to three months.
