Since then, we have continually refined our vineyard selection and farming practices in a quest to perfect this quintessential Napa Valley wine. Every grape cluster is handpicked, sorted first in the vineyard and again in our cellar using an optical sorter to ensure flawless fruit. The final wine is created from over 75 small barrel lots, aged in French oak and tended separately until blending.
