Or If Using Chicken: You Will Need: 1 lb Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1 tbsp Butter. 1 cup Milk. 2-1/4 Cups hot water. For topping 3 tbsp milk. 1. Cook: Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. 2. Stir: Stir in 1 cup milk, hot water, sauce mix and rice. Heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. While rice is cooking, stir 3 tbsp milk and topping mix in bowl. 4.
