Thawing (Defrosting): Do not open bag until turkey breast is defrosted. Keep turkey breast cold. Do not thaw at room temperature. Place on tray in refrigerator for 24-36 hours. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove thawed turkey breast from bag. Do not remove inside netting. Remove gravy packet. Roast immediately. Using a Meat Thermometer (Recommended): Insert into the center of boneless turkey breast. Microwave: We recommend conventional oven roasting. If you do use a microwave, refer to the manufacturers instructions of approximate cooking times. BBG Grill: Your Honeysuckle Boneless Turkey Breast is delicious when grilled.
