Goat Cheese, Ash-Ripened, Bonne Bouche

Made in Vermont with fresh goats' milk from small family farms. Bun boooosh, French for a good mouthful is a hand-ladled cheese. Sprinkled with popular wood ash, the cheese is aged for 10 days at our creamery. Tasting: creamy, mild, nutty, fresh milk, wrinkled rind. Pairing: Riesling, saison, gingerbread, honeycomb, dark chocolate. Handmade in Vermont.
