Directions
You will need: 1 ripe medium/large banana (3/4 cup sliced); 1-1/4 cups skim milk; 8 large ice cubes (1-1/4 cups ice). Makes 3 (8 fl oz) servings. 1. In a blender, add banana, milk, ice and pouch contents. 2. Blend on high for 1 minute. Best enjoyed immediately. Serving Suggestion: Yogurt Smoothie: In a blender, combine 1 banana, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, pouch contents, and 8 ice cubes. Blend on high for 1 minute.
