Directions
What you’ll need: 1 lb (450 g) chicken, beef, lamb, seafood, or vegetables. 2 cups (380g) basmati rice. Optional: 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of diced meat, seafood, or vegetables and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to simmer until fully cooked and tender. 4. Serve on a bed of steamed rice.
Just add meat or vegetables. Our Tip: For some extra zing, try stirring a few tablespoons of natural yogurt into your tikka masala before serving.
