Directions Cooking: 1. Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quart boiling water. Return to a boil; cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. To Serve Cold: Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well. Serve with dipping sauce, garnish with chopped green onions & tops, prepared wasabi and nori seaweed, as desired. 3. To Serve Warm: Drain well. Serve with hot soup base and garnish with chopped green onions & tops, as desired. Makes about 2 servings noodles.
