What you’ll need: 1 lb (450 g) chicken, beef, pork or your choice of seafood; 1 bunch (6 oz) chinese green vegetables – chinese broccoli, bok choy; 1 cup (190 g) vegetables - snow peas, sliced carrots; 2 cups (380 g) jasmine rice or egg noodles. Cooking instruction: (1) Heat on table spoon of oil in a wok. (2) Add your choice of sliced meat and cook on high until seared, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. (3) Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through. (4) Reduce heat to low and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until meat is fully cooked. (5) Serve with steamed jasmine rice or egg noodles. Serves 3-4. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
