Directions Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Stir Fry: 1. To loosen noodles, puncture pouch and microwave on High for 1 min, or rinse noodles under hot water. 2. Heat 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or wok. On medium high heat, stir-fry vegetables 1-2 minutes. 3. Add noodles, 1/2 cup of water and sauce base. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes and serve. (If preparing with cooked meat, add during final minute of stir-fry). Microwave: Place noodles, vegetables, 1/4 cup of water and sauce base in a microwave dish. Cover and heat on High for 3-4 minutes. Mix well and serve. (If preparing with cooked meat, add during final minute of cooking). Food/noodles should be cooked to 165 degrees F.
