This fruit forward, less tannic and earlier maturing Tempranillo was delicious before bottling. The fruit sources include our West Slope block as well as select vineyards in southern Oregon. The beautiful aromatics, focused red fruit flavors, and seamless finish reflects the grapes state of ripeness. The wine will continue to improve over the next 4 to 6 years. Pairings, include chorizo and golden raisin empanadas. The accomplishments-of Abacela with Spanish and Portuguese wine grapes, like this Tempranillo have established our reputation as a pioneering American producer of native lberian varietal wines.
