This delicious burrito is made from scratch with organic pinto beans, rice and veggies in our mild Mexican-style sauce hand-wrapped in an organic tortilla. Convenient and easy to prepare, simply heat and serve for a delicious meal. Amy's Gluten Free, Non-Dairy Bean & Rice Burritos are made with non-GMO ingredients and are soy free, tree nut free, and suitable for vegan and kosher diets. Microwave Oven: Remove overwrap. Place burrito on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a microwave-safe plate. Cook for 1-1½ minutes. Flip. Cook for 1-1½ more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove overwrap. Wrap burrito in foil. Bake for 20 minutes, Flip Bake for 25-30 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
