Directions Chef Jeff Suggests - for Baking: Mix Gluten Free Panko Flakes together with a small amount of vegetable oil. Sprinkle on top of your casserole. Coat fish filets or chicken cutlets with a little bit of oil. Press one side into Chef Jeff's Gluten Free Panko and bake at 350 F with the crust side up, until cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
