Ziata Pinot Noir Red Wine is rich, silky and opens with spicy aromas of nutmeg, allspice and pepper mingling with notes of ripe black cherry, forest floor and cedar. The wine is fresh on the palate, with dark fruit, notes of chocolate and a subtle sweetness all framed by refined tannins that lead into a lingering finish. The 2019 vintage received 90 points from James Suckling in the March 2022 issue. This well-balanced wine pairs with a gamut of foods, from salmon, tuna, roast chicken or pork, to wild mushrooms or beef Wellington. This red wine is grown on the Sonoma Coast.
