For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Grill (Preferred Method): Preheat the grill to medium heat level. Grill burgers for 14-16 minutes, flipping the burgers halfway through the grill time. Broiler: Set oven to broil to preheat. Place burgers on broiler pan approximately 4-5 inches from the heat source. Broil the burgers for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through the broiling time. Since individual ovens vary in temperature, these instructions are guidelines only. Skillet or Fry Pan: Place frozen patty in preheated skillet/pan and cook one side until juices come through.
