Rice noodles with vegetables and tofu in a traditional Thai sauce. Gluten free. Dairy free. Family owned since 1988. No GMOs. No genetically engineered ingredients. We spent several years searching everywhere, including Thailand, for someone to help create the perfect Thai meals for Amy's customers, but with no success. And then, serendipitously, in Amy's own Tech department, we found Olarn who is part-owner of a Thai restaurant right here in Santa Rosa where our plant is located. We immediately asked him to prepare some Thai dishes for us and he did. They were so delicious that we knew our customers would love them. Pad Thai is Amy's mom's favorite. Pad is the Thai word for stir fried, but the dish itself is of Vietnamese origin, which was adopted by Thailand is the 1940's and soon became a popular food served by street venders there. Directions Keep frozen. Microwave or regular oven. Pad Thai Directions: Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Leave in tray and heat on high 4-5 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil (foil should not touch food). Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until heated throughout. Toaster Oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
