Directions 1. Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quart boiling water. Return to a boil; cook about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. To Serve Cold: Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well. Serve with dipping sauce; garnish with chopped green onions & tops and grated fresh ginger root, as desired. 3. To Serve Warm: Drain well. Serve with hot soup base, and garnish with chopped green onions & tops, as desired. Makes about 2 servings.
