Directions
How to Create an Indian Meal: Shrimp, Pineapple and Coconut Curry: Serves about 3. Saute 1/2 lb shrimp in 1 tbsp oil for a minute. Stir in the sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes uncovered. For that extra twist sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with basmati rice. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 3 days.
