Awesome Red Potatoes: Makes 6-7 servings. Cooking Time: 40-45 minutes. 1 bag (3 lb) Dole Red Potatoes; 3 springs fresh rosemary; 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed; 3 T olive oil; coarse salt; fresh ground pepper. Preheat oven to 400 F. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Toss potatoes, rosemary, garlic and olive oil then place in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove rosemary stems before serving and enjoy.
