Directions Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw and refreeze. How Should I Cook'em? Stove Top (Recommended): In a saucepan, bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil. Add frozen broccoli rabe and return to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently throughout cooking time. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen broccoli rabe in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1/3 cup of water, cover, and microwave on high for 9 to 10 minutes until tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Season to taste and serve. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the brand of appliance used. Please consult the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid overcooking.
