Our breads are best eaten the day baked, although our traditional methods are natural fermentation process improve not only the flavor but the longevity of each loaf. Simply store Costeaux bread in a cool, dry place rather than in the refrigerator, which extracts moisture. For longer storage, freeze the bread double wrapped in airtight plastic. To refresh for premium enjoyment, sprinkle bread with water before placing in a 375 degree oven for 5-10 minutes.
