Directions Thawing Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove frozen fillets from vacuum pouch. Place fish on plate, cover and thaw in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Place cod fillets on baking dish. Season as desired. Cooking From Thawed: Bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until a minimal internal temperature of 145 degrees F is maintained. Cook From Frozen: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Remove cod from packaging and place frozen fillet on baking dish. Season as desired. Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is achieved. as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to thaw. Do not refreeze thawed product. Cook thoroughly.
