Directions Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. How to Prepare: For Food Safety and Quality - Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Bag self-vents; do not puncture. 2. Microwave on high 2-1/2 minutes. During cooking, the bag will inflate. 3. Check that food is cooked throughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 1 minute; serve and enjoy! Stove Top: Cook only one at a time. 1. Add 2 tablespoons water to a medium saucepan. Pour in rice. 2. Cover and cook on medium 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 1 minute; serve and enjoy!
