Directions
Cooking Instructions: Step 1: Brown. Heat a lightly oiled large skillet on medium-high. Add 1-1/2 pounds thinly sliced pork shoulder. Brown quickly, 3-4 minutes. Step 2: Slow cook. Transfer seared meat into baking dish and add one jar of Simmer Sauce. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour, until meat is tender and cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Chef's Tip: Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, chopped onion and queso fresco. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
