Directions Red Fork Recipe: Serves 4-6. 1-1/2 to 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch wedges; 1 pouch Red Fork Seasoning Sauce. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix potatoes and sauce together in an oiled 13 by 9-inch baking dish. 2. Cover dish with foil and roast for 20 min. Stir well. Continue to roast, uncovered, until golden and tender, 15 to 20 min. more. Microwave Method: Toss potatoes and sauce in microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high 12 to 15 min. stirring 2 or 3 times. Let stand, covered for a few minutes. Serve.
