Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Place bacon in skillet as a single layer. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes; turning half way through. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bacon on a baking sheet as a single layer, bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Cooking to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated.
