Directions Cooking Techniques: Serve fried, grilled or as mush. Cut into approx. 9/16 inch slices. Fry in olive oil, butter or margarine until golden brown; or grill on an oiled BBQ grill for three minutes on each side. Reconstitute into mush form using one to two cups of water to one pound of prepared polenta. Serving Suggestions: Great as an appetizer, side dish, or entree. Top with parmesan or ricotta cheese; sauteed vegetables; pesto, tomato, or alfredo sauces; sour cream or fresh salsa; fresh herbs or herbed butter. Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.
