Wrapper: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (Sodium Pyrophosphate Anhydrous, Sodium Polyphosphate, Potassium Metaphosphate). Directions Cooking Instructions: Remove all product from packaging. Pan Fry (Preferred Method): Cook from frozen. 1. Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into heated (medium-high) frying pan. 2. Place half the package contents in the pan and cook over medium heat for approximately 1 minute. 3. Add 6 tablespoons of water, cover and simmer for about 7 minutes. 4. Remove lid and continue cooking until the bottom of the potstickers turn golden brown. Deep Fry: Cook from frozen. 1. Preheat cooking oil to 375 degrees F. 2. Fry half of the package contents for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. 3 Drain on paper towels. Boiling/Browning: Cook from frozen. 1. Place half the package contents into a pot of boiling water. 2. Lightly stir with a spoon to keep product from sticking to pot. 3. Boil on high until potstickers float to the surface. 4. Switch to medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes or until done. Drain and Brown, if Desired: 1. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to a non-stick pan, turn heat to medium. 2. Place drained potstickers flat side down and cook until golden brown. Microwave heating is not recommended. Keep frozen.
