Cooking Directions: 3 Easy Steps: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Moisten chicken or pork on all sides with 1-2 eggs, beaten thoroughly. (Number of eggs used depends on the amount of meat to be coated). 2. Coat meat completely in LA Fish Fry Seasoned Panko Bake. Shake off excess. 3. Bake boneless chicken or pork in baking pan for 20 minutes. Bake bone-in chicken or pork for 40 minutes. Cook meat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and until golden brown. 4.5 ounces of Seasoned Pancho Bake Seasoned Coating Mix coats approximately 3 pounds of chicken or pork.
