Directions Total time: 10 minutes. Makes 1-1/4 cups. You Will Need -1 pkg. McCormick Sauce Mix -1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter -1 cup cold water 1. Meltbutter in small saucepan on medium-low heat. Stir in water and sauce mix with whisk. 2. Stirringfrequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over poached eggs, chicken, seafood or vegetables.
