Directions Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Microwave Oven (for 1200 W Microwave): For best vegetable quality, please remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on high for 5 minutes and 15 seconds or until hot. Conventional Oven: Do Not Place This Bowl in the Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to a shallow, oven safe dish. Place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven and thoroughly stir; return product to oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes. (35 minutes total cook time). Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Perfect for lunch, snack or dinner. Keep frozen, my friend.
