Suggestions for Serving: For ease of preparation, remove skin and cut your Ducktrap Smoke Roasted Salmon while cold. To enhance the flavor, serve at room temperature. Smoke roasted salmon is suitable for any occasion, from casual to formal dining. As an appetizer, serve with crackers and a light horseradish sauce. A smoke roasted Caesar salad is perfect for lunch and accompanied by sauteed vegetables and wild rice makes a healthy and hearty dinner. Proper Storage: Ducktrap Smoke Roasted Salmon has been carefully sealed in a vacuum package. Because we use no artificial preservatives, your smoke roasted salmon needs to be kept refrigerated when not being served. Ducktrap Smoke Roasted Salmon is best stored for up to 10 day in your refrigerator or until the use by date, whichever is sooner. When opened, smoked salmon needs to be kept well wrapped in the refrigerator and eaten within 4 days. You may also freeze your salmon if unopened for up to 3 months.
