4.2 oz Packet of Hi Mountain Maple Cure Containing the Following Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Sodium Nitrite (.85%), Maple Syrup, Caramel Color and Less Than 2% Glycerine Added to Prevent Caking. 3.0 oz Hickory Blend Seasoning Packet Containing the Following Ingredients: Salt, Spice, Garlic Powder, Hickory Powder with Maltodextrin and Spice Extractives.
Directions
Mix cure and seasoning according to mixing chart enclosed. Contents will season up to 15 lbs. of meat, 1 lb. at a time. Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate for 24 hrs.
