Directions
Easy Cooking (yields approximately 3 cups of cooked rice): Using a 1-quart saucepan with the appropriate lid: 1. Combine 1 cup Tsuru Mai rice and 1-1/2 cups water, bring to a full boil. 2. Turn heat to the lowest setting and cover, do not remove lid. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. 3. Turn off heat, stir lightly, let stand covered for 10 minutes. To maintain freshness; freeze or refrigerate.
