Directions
Makes 1-1/2 cups (12 oz) sauce. 1. Whisk together 1-1/4 cups (310 ml) milk and sauce mix and dissolve completely. 2. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over a medium-high heat. 3. Reduce heat and add 2 to 4 tbsp (approx. 30-60 g) of butter (For low fat version, use 1-1/4 cups low fat milk and no butter.). Chef's Note: Add a few drops each of worcester and tabasco sauce. A favorite over eggs benedict, asparagus, and other vegetables, or as a sauce for lemon chicken. Salt to taste.
