Cooking Instructions: For best results in cooking an authentic Thai Basil Curry, heat 1 tablespoon of peanut or a vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan. Saute meat, seafood or vegetables (quantity to taste) for 2 minutes or until they turn pinkish and set aside. Pour Thai Basil Curry Sauce into pan and heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the meat, seafood or vegetables back into the sauce and simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice or noodles. May garnish with finely chopped ginger. Serves 2-4. Care & Storage: Once opened keep refrigerated & use within 7 days. Best Before End: See cap.
